A 19-year-old was arrested on Saturday in connection with a shooting at Virginia State University that left five people injured and put the campus on lockdown.

The suspect, who was found hiding in a dormitory closet in Seward Hall on the VSU campus by police at 4 p.m. local time, was identified as Camron Harris of Henrico, Virginia. He was not a student at the university, nor were four of the five people wounded, Chesterfield County Police said in a statement shared by the Associated Press.

One victim, a 20-year-old who has since been released from hospital, is a student. The rest of the victims, who have not been identified, range in age from from 17 to 23.

Harris was taken to the Chesterfield County Jail, where police said that they obtained eight felony warrants, including four counts of malicious wounding and four counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. They did not share any possible motive for the shooting.

The 19-year-old is being held without bond. Newsweek reached out to the Chesterfield County Police for more information by email on Sunday early morning, outside of standard working hours.
